STD BANK PATHETIC SERVICE STRIKES AGAIN!!!

I had a RCP loan and a credit card with Std Bank. In April 2013 I settled both accounts and received a paid up letter. MY ITC profile was updated on both accounts reflecting that the accounts were closed. Then in August 2013 Standard Bank decides to change the listing to an "I" for no apparent reason. Sept 2013 they change it to 150 days in arrears and Oct 0213 they change it to an "L". I also received a final notice on 18 October 2013 demanding an amount of R5 028.30. I later called the 086 111 2807 number and the person I spoke to is the RUDEST and most arrogant person that I ever spoken to. After explaining my situation I am told to wait a few days until they sort it out. I call them 2 weeks later as lo and behold my ITC status has still not changed and the same RUDE, arraogant gentleman advises that they have sent a request to ITC to updtae my profile on the 04 Nov (4 days after my initial call) and I must wait 14 days. When I asked how this could have happened, I was told he doesnt know and I must wait for the process. Now it makes sense why my loan was declined. They dont care that this has affected my ITC since August and heaven knows what it will be updated to. PATHETIC!!!
