Annoying messages

Standard bank has a poor system of collections. They keep sending me annoying Sms daily: "MR.G VAN WYK YOUR CHEQUE ACCOUNT RQUIRES AN URGENT DEPOSIT."
This clearly demonstrates that they don't know their customers and don't care to find out either. I have contacted them previously and was assured this will be recetified but it was jusy another empty promise from another careless service provider.
If you have a customer and don't know how to contact them then you have failed as a SP.I wonder if there are people who work in the billing/collections department or they just put a robot to do their collections and it has now run out batteries hence sending annoying messages to the wrong people.
I'll be amazed if they do read this complaint and actually find a person with a human touch to investigate and fix the situation so I won't be holding my breath.
