Annoying Phone Calls

I applied for a consolidation loan at standard bank and I was helped. But the problem is that I've been receiving phone calls from Standard bank credit card department telling me to pay my card account. And they said if I don't pay my name will be handed over to their lawyers. Its amazing because as far as I know the customer assist has settled and closed the account on my behalf.

I tried to contact customer assist to find out why are these people annoying me with calls because they (Customer Assist) settled that account. Unfortunately their phone is always busy.

I need this be sorted out please.
