ATM LOAN

I make a ATM Loan on the 17 September 2013. On the 25th and 26 September 2013 they have deducted and the Loan was Repaid.

They still put me on ITC for none payment and it was paid. They even give me R50.00 discount for early payment but still they put me on ITC.

Some one is clearly not doing there JOB. I'm thinking of moving to Capitec or Nedbank.

Please sort out this problem asp. FNB put me in a bad light there for I cannot even get today Vehicle Finance. Hope to hear from the Branch Manager soon. I am really Off with this believe me.
