Carefull about the call centres

After a breakdown I call the insurance company the consultant who helped me get my car towed and repaired, well the towing was free thanx but the repair was for my account after I was assured that I would be taken care of and I quote "You don't have to pay a thing". The bill came to R15, 107.12 after being repaired by Mercedes Northcliff but alas the car is still not in running condition.
