39% increase

I have received a re-evaluation notice from Regent fro my motor vehicle insurance.
The increase is from R288.83 to R401.46.
This is a 39% increase!!!
Tom at the client services is obviously reading off a statement regarding increase in labour and material costs.

Unacceptable Regent!!
