My finance and I have put in an application for further fund against our homeloan. We were requested to validate her residential address which we did at Bank City branch on 13/11/2013 at 9am. I then called the Homeloans department to find out if the change reflects and what happens next. I was informed that her homeloan profile was changed and not her personal profile and we must now go back to the branch to validate it again. The gentleman I spoke to was very unhelpful (so much for FNB slogan "How can we help you? "), refusing to call the branch on our behalf. I tried calling them but the phone just rings. This is a huge inconenience, we will not go back to the branch. I want this resolved immediately so the application for further funds can be processed.
