Standard Bank Homeloans not respnding

We are in the process of getting our home building loan approved, but have had shocking service from Standard Bank.

After several weeks of trying to get the contracts correct (interest rates calculated incorrectly, not being able to clarify portions of the contract), we have decided to finally sign the contract for the third time with the lawyers to be lodged. We have given up with Standard Bank providing good service and have luckily found someone (Lucy Mofokeng) that tried to help, but she does not have the support or backing from her own company.

After weeks now of trying to get hold of her to finalise the contract details, it looks as if she dissapeared from the face of the earth.
