My handset screen broke, I called Callsure (Finerite) on the 05/11/2013 I spoke to Tashony her service was good, she was very patient with me and gave me all the necessary info on the spot, I paid my excess, the following day my handset was collected at my work place, 3days after it was delivered back to me fixed good as new, keep up the good work, job well done.
