I am aware of my payment for November was not received I would like to request that the resubmission not to done. My money was spent on hospital bill and the car instalment.
But I received a call (40 seconds) from an agent to tell me the information above NO SECURITY CHECK WAS DONE. It was not a reminder!!! It was not arrangement!!! I received the call at exactly 8:22
