We applied for an advance on the bond which is in credit, after a lenghty consultation and filling in of forms, we were told a rep would contact us in 5 working days. The bond is in my wife's name but me being the employed person pays the bond. when the rep phoned, 7 days later, she said that the advance could not be approved as my wife is unemployed even though i have been paying for 10 years.
i feel that with all the advertising on the radio and tv, FNB could offer a better service and have consultants that know the new rules that the rep says are in effect
