Wrong advise given to my mom at the point of sale

I have requested a policy review done on my mom's policy as i was resposible for the premium payment and to my surprise i discovered that the type of cover was not a Life policy but only an accidental policy. I then spoke to Gundo Mudau who transfered me to his team leader Bradley Daniels and both failed to provide me with the sales calls that i've requested from them. today they are only sending an email apologising about the dealy and incompetence from their side wich to me is unacceptable.
