Changing PolicyT's and C's without informing clien

I took out a life policy with 1life direct 3 weeks back. I was informed certain benefits are included in my policy and I will pay a certain premium for the cover. Upon receiving my policy documents I noticed the benefits I was informed are included are really not in the cover and this I was never informed. I paid my admin fee and 1st premium has already went out. Iv'e sent my enquiry to your clientservices department, no response, I've escalated it to complaints, still no response. I requested for a recording as proof the agent did say my premium will be inclusive of those benefits. Now I'm being ignored and my emails are not being returned, unlike when the agent was chasing after the sale and all appeared proffessional. I'm not happy that I'm being ignored through channels were used to sell and lure me as client as being available. I hold the service manager liable for and would like him to provide reason why his consultants are ignoring service request?
