ATM cash deposit

I deposited R3000 cash at the ATM after hours and the machine jammed and tore the notes into pieces. the machine said transaction cannot be processed. I went to the bank following morning to get my cash because it was not debited to my account. it is now 6 working days and I am still without answer or my money back!!! they said turnover time will be 3-4 working days. I am totally not satisfied. I need the money to pay my bills!!!
