I made a claim for my faulty Sony PSP the week before last. After a bit of confusion about what needed to be done with the faulty device in order to process the claim Outsurance came through and settled my claim. I understand that items such as this are difficult to diagnose as there are not many companies in South Africa that repair such items. Nonetheless, I am satisfied with the outcome and prompt service.
