No delivery a genuine claim no payeout

I had a in salon, namely a staff member, outsurance needed an investigation via the npolice ive since got the police to investigate, outsurance wont pay me whats due according to the items in my salon a pair of wscissors a hair iron aclipper and smaller items, i was in hospital when these things were. Please they must pay me according to my insurance policy. Kim refuses to open the claim and do her job and pay me so I can replace the items. I will keep going onto Hellopeter [URL Removed] and to Carte Blanche if they don't do what is due to my policy payeout. Very disgusted at there service.its a proper claim nothing done wrong om my part.
