Terrible customer service

I have been struggling with this institution for a while now. I have a statement showing me an outstanding balance and got a settlement figure provided by the Debt Review Department of Standard Bank. They are charging me nearly double what my statement shows. My other creditors have been settled and this is my last creditor. They don't want to play ball it seems and their 5 working days waiting period to get an answer is absolutely ridiculous.
