Good day. I enquired via *120*321# for a R1000 (changed to R1500) loan in October 2013. The system approved R20000 which did not apply for. I received a call from FNB and an incompetent African lady assisted me. It took me a while to explain I did not apply for R20000.After visiting FNB (Tygervalley business branch) branch they informed they are awaiting documents from me regarding an approved R18000 loan. We requested cancellation and was informed it will happen in 24 hours. I found out the following week it was not. I was called the following week that the loan will be cancelled in 24 hours. It did not happen. Once again at the branch we requested cancellation and was informed it will be cancelled in 24 hours. This time it was successful. I am posting this to voice my frustration for the poor service and incompetence.
