NOT ACCEPTABLE

I went to Fnb in Nelspruit to apply for a loan (branch code 270552). I had an EXISTING loan with Fnb and went to the branch to apply for another loan. Ive been told that I can apply for R18000 and the amount. So yesterday they phone me and wanted to pay over R12000 why because I apply for R18000.00. PLEASE FNB CHECK WHAT IS GOING ON I AM A GOOD CUSTOMER!!!
