Service on credit card account

I've been at standardbank since I was 6 (26 years). I do have credit card where they susepended the account to to lack of payment witch was fine. BUt I work daily from 6-6 and I can't go to bank that is why I do have internet banking. They locked the account and I can't put in any money towards that account... Why can"t they just block it??? (must say I did call themseveral times) no Answer on my questions.
Then the U reward account is I am waiting since july for the card even if they subtract R20 each month for this service.

This is the shittes bank ever and Im going to close all accounts.
