Bad Service

I have been getting a very bad service from Shepherd lately, I send him emails and he never replies to my emails, but should he want something from me he replies immediately I'm very disgusted by his service right now.

And another thing I don't know why I'm getting calls from some providers that I haven't been paying them when Credit Matter deducts money from my account every month, I really get annoyed by this calls because this is why I came asking for help to avoid such calls.

I'm very irritated and disappointed by credit matters now, come to think that I have been recommending people for this.
