R400 back? please

I keep hearing of this ad on highveld about how they will pay R400 back if they cant match your current quote, i eventually got hooked and smsed that save to whatever number, they just called me and kept me on the phone for 10 mins asking me all the questions then said how much do you currently pay which i said R1300 (didnt know the exact figure) but i said with zero excess and fully comprehensive, as to which he said we dont do zero excess but for a low R3600 excess they can insure me, so i said no i need zero excess cause i use my vehicle for work so he said we cant do that sorry so i said so you cant beat my current incurance as to when he came up with excuses as to which i put the phone down, i am going to be emailing darren at highveld to say that you are falsely advertising and i hope they remove your ad
