No Solution

For a new up coming company you people really know how to make a impression. I logged this complain 2 months ago and My sister was contacted by a lady called Lee ann in the Risk/ department and she was told by lee ann that this will be investigated and she will be provided with feedback. Up to today still no feedback and her name is listed for a loan she knows nothing about. This is the last time I'm reporting this. If this is not resolved soon, I will be taking this up with the Ombudsman and that's a promise.
