Good day, my sisters i.d was last year and she immediately reported it with the police and got a case number, however activities were used with here i.d book and 2 cellphone contracts were taken out in different stores on the same day which she was not aware of, she then contacted the call centre to advised then of this and she was told it will be investigated and it would be cancelled, up to today still no feedback. Here is the Case no. - 2012/08/680 from the police
