Waiting for my money BACK!

I am, after much effort and frustration, taking to this site as I feel that my voice is not being taken serious enough as a young banker. I had R1687 out of my account on the 7th of October. After lodging a complaint with the department and waiting for an extensive period of time, I am still waiting for the result. I have called again and visited the bank twice as I was told it would take 10 days. On top of this, my new bank card was meant to be delivered within days to the Cavendish branch. The lady who 'assisted' me was rude and incompetent and told me my card was at Thibault Square. I then went to that branch to be told it was in Salt River. I am absolutely disgusted by this incompetency. As a young person, I have felt that my complaints have gone unheard. I would say to Standard Bank that you should not rest on their success to date because there are plenty of banks and my generation is known for their lack of loyalty to incompetency as we have choice. I will be moving my business else where as soon as I get my money back as I have lost all trust in this bank. Specially since I was told I might not receive all MY money back. Still waiting...
