Call Centre Agent refusing to Assist

My cheque account was defrauded on the 7/11/2013 and it got overdrawn, I reported at card division & got a case no. Then at 12h59 I got a message on my cellphone to call the call centre on 0861498468 at, the call centre agent Patrick asked me to deposit the overdrawn amount by tomorrow, so I explained to him why my account is overdrawd and he asked me why the amount has not been reversed and why there was no note written that there is a problem with the account. I told him he should know the procedure that an investigation has to take place before the amount gets reversed, and that I was not the right person to answer why there was no note written about the issue on the status. It is then that he raised his voice to me, and told me that he doesnt want to help me anymore & he is dropping the phone, when I asked him to call someone else who is prepared to work he told me that noone wanted my account & no one wanted to help me, as everyone was listening to our conversation and they were not prepared to help me. I dropped the phone & called again looking for a supervisor as well as this Patrick's surname, I could hear laughs behind & the other agent refused to give me Patrick's s
