I sent Mishka Africander an email 2 months ago advising her that i have not received my ucount card. Note that i am paying for the service of ucount 5 months now and too date no card! Mishka Africander advised me that i will receive this in 24 days and too date nothing! empty promises and pathetic service, . I sent her an email today and she has not responded! after banking with standard bank for so many years i am considering moving to FNB at least they don't pay a service fee for ebucks! Resolve this asap or i will move banks
