I have applied for a loan telephonically a a week ago and was congratulated and made to feel excited saying that everythign was in order. iw as then asked to take some documentation in to the branch which u duely did. once againm everything seemed fine, until i followed up to find out that they needed to get a telephonic confiramtion of my employement from my HR which they did in any case and my HR was still going to send them a letter to confirm employement, which i made available to them yesterday, despite being sick, i drove all the way to work to fetch it and sent to them via the branch. if they have already spoken my HR and they have a letter in front of them sigend and stamped by my company on a letter head, what more do they want? why out people through so much of unecessary stress?
