Having my business insurred, when I got a break in, I expected the payment to be swift, so that I could carry on with my business normally..after submitting all my details and relevant information that was needed, mutaul has a problem with payment, because my debit order goes out on the 15 of every month, and it reflects on there system as a non payment ..they have been quick to take out there fee and a certain amount for excessis, but are dragging there feet on payment. I have lost business, due to there time consuming on payment.whats happened to so called quick service???
