Declined consolidation Loan

I would just like to know why after being with FNB for over 3 years they still tell me that I cannot consolidate my debt with them, I'm a client do my banking with them so why must I do business with African bank since my own bank will not help me, irrespective if I'm blacklisted why can't they tend to their clients properly, I've requested a garage card with my application when I switched banks up untill today nobody from Parow branch got back to me it seems that this bank don't care about their clients as long as you use their services they don't care, I'm considering closing my account and dealings with FNB
