Chartis Life phoned me for an insurance policy. Took out the policy and NEVER received the contract to see what I'm covered for and as proof. For months this went on and they are deducting the monies from my account. After searching the web I found several complaints of the same nature. I decided if they are so pathetic in rendering the basic service that I would rather cancel the policy because claiming would be a even worse nightmare, After cancelling the policy on ref no 471592 I insisted on a cancellation e-mail that I was supposed to receive within 48 hr's to prove they have cancelled the policy. After two weeks I phoned again and lodged another complaint on ref 476057, still nothing!! I then got hold of the Head Office number 0115518000 and spoke to Zama Shiburi IN THEIR COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT that was going to either send me the document or sort it out. Guess what??? Still nothing!!! Now this is what you call EXCELLENT service.
