STILL NO PROMISES REFUND

I was contact after my my first complaint and it took 16 emails to try and resolve it. The policy is in
place and being debited on the right but still no refund back in my bank account as it was the
insurances fault. They are quick to take money out BUT JUST TRY AND GET IT BACK WHEN IT
IS OWING TO YOU. I am a pensioner and every cent counts. I NEED MY MONEY!!!
