Standard Bank A Bank of INCOMPATANCE & Bad Service

This story began in July when I picked up a debit order that got stuck in the system. I reported this debit order and it was corrected on the account with my revolving credit showing a non payment. As soon as that was corrected a paid in the so called in arrears amount that I corrected and the account was declared normal. Now I want to take money out again and the account has a " I " block on that the call centre says the branch must remove the branch says the call centre need to. Add to that the fact that my wife gave me full authorisation on her account to handle these issues and they refuse to talk to me with me in Secunda and she in Pretoria due to work duties it is impossible to get this resolved. WHY SHOULD I PAY THE PRICE FOR STANDARD BANK ISSUES. WHY AM I BLOCKED AND STANDARD BANK STAFF NOT FIRED BECAUSE THEY MADE THE MESS. This bank is by far the worst bank ever not that it was bad in the past. Standard bank can close there doors in my opinion and the trophy for best bank hand it back because it is not the truth.
