Not sending through docs to update my profile

Good day

I'm writing this complain with a very heavy heart. The reason for the complain is that I was handed over due to unpaid Standard bank credit card, I then requested a credit report from Transunion sometime in June '13 which I received & made the full pymnts on the Garage cards R928.00 & credit card -R6000.00 on 21/08/13. I was advised that a query takes 21 working days to resolve, however this was not the case as when I follow up I'm being put from pillar to post & follow-ups were done, only to find out that part (DEFAULT status) of my query was only updated in October '13 after countless attempts to resolve this. I sent all relevant docs for processing only to get part of the query resolved & the response I always get even from the supervisor (Bongani) is that they can't do anything until Standard bank cnfrms with them on updating the profile, till then nothing can be done about the matter. I was then provided with the call centre manager's contact Steven whom I've left countless v-mails for but he's not getting back to me. I did receive a letter from Standard bank which informs me that everything is paid up & they've sent this to credit bureau to update. please help!
