Auto & General/Telesure have been providing exceptional service for the past few years during which we had a variety of claims, householders and motor vehicle. They dealt with each claim super-efficiently, there's been follow up, they are supportive and caring, and they are doing everything to ensure they give great service.
I deal with them on e-mail, and am grateful I have e-mail contact details for them.
One huge bug bear about which I have repeatedly complained to them however is that they only operate on a debit order system and do not allow payment by EFT. This sometimes creates problems and I trust they will allow EFT payments soon, the way even medical aids do.
Apart from this though, I am incredibly happy with their service and with the services of their sub-contractors, or whatever they are, e.g. EasyWay.
I would switch to A&G if I weren't already with them :)
