I had to bring proof of resident to fetch my new bank card and i am renting, so my landlord had filled in the form confirming that i am a tenant at his place. The lady said it must be a south African I.D number instead of a passport number but the thing is i am renting from a foreign person and had electrical bill which corresponded with the details of the person who filled in their residential confirmation form and when i tried to explain to her about what they had said the last time when i was there she walked away and said "well that's how it is i don't know why you want to change things cause i am telling you this is how its done " with an attitude towards me
