Useless company

Today I booked my car for service as this is the last one on 120 000km and guess what I get a surprise of my life that my service and maintenance plan has expired in August 2013 while my book and Renault confirms that it expires on 29th of November 2013.On Monday I asked for quotes to extend it and two incompetent call centre agents called me and told me that they will email me the quotes till today I'm still waiting. At Renault this morning they called them and Linda and Michelle confirmed that it has expired and I must provide them with proof that it's not. I have been paying for this plan for 5 years and this not the first time I have problems with them when it comes to them paying. These two agents also did confirm that it expires on the 29th of November 2013 but today Linda and Michelle are telling me a different story, What the? I think it best I find another company that will be able to take care and understand me as a customer.
