Seriously I'm speechless you left me no choice to go to the Ombudsman cause after many attemps I get no response or the same response. Don't even bother to send me a report saying your request is being send to relevant department, cause doesn't seem like there is. You are a and a ripp off... Your fax and your email seems broken as long as you can steel peopLes money for your fake insurance. I'm retrenched for 6mnts and since that time I send my papers even my bank did but you just never receive it and you deducting my sis inlaw univ. Money and now she cnt write exams seriously I'm opening a case for and fake!!! People please you'll be sotty. No one even answer there emails? Seriously this is not proffesionalism!!
