Policy Cancellation without notification!!!

UMA underwriting consultants inform me via email on the 9th of October that my debit order was unsuccessful, It's still outstanding. My husband goes and speak to All About Brokers and make payment arrangements. On the 24th of October my husband gets into an accident and we inform Sonja Joubert at UMA underwriting consultants only to receive a letter from Omnicover a week later that states that the claim can not be enforce because we do not have a policy anymore...

We contacted Omnicover and because there are irregularities they send the file back to All About Brokers to review, but their are still adamant that we do not have any cover. I need to know to how to proceed...
