Please do as you promised you would

A month or two ago I logged a complaint about all my bank charges coming off my account a day or so before my salary gets paid. I was contacted and it was confirmed that it would be fixed. Guess what, this month the fees were deducted before the 25th - again.

Please can you do a permanent fix on this, thanks.
