STILL WAITING!!

I've went on Monday 28 October to get a new card, they've told me that I will receive a sms notification in 3 - 5 days, I'm still waiting for the sms. How long should it take to get a new card?? Shouldn't I receive it on the day? But this is not how FNB advertise themselves. Not a good experience.
