So Yesterday I submitted a complaint on dial direct's website.
They STILL HAVE NO EVEN CONTACTED ME.

The worst part is they are deducting money of accounts that the agreement was not authorised on.
BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE...

THEY ARE DEDUCTING MONEY... for a policy that has been cancelled in 2004

WHAT THE!!!
