4 Months and still insurance hasn't been cancelled

I have moved to another, cheaper car insurance. For the past four months I have been on the phone with the consultants, emails have been sent and received with confirmation that the insurance has been cancelled, yet they still deduct the amount directly from my car finance each month, giving me a bad credit rating.

Another phone call gone and according to the consultant the policy is still active.

I have had it!! Time to go the legal way!
