Discrepency in Vehicle Finance Papers

My name is Lumkile Tyesi. I bought a Ford Focus that was financed by MFC in August 2008. My original documents which I signed state that my repayment period ended August 2013. However, MFC is still pressing me for outstanding car installments. They emailed me documents that state a repayment period of 72 months ending August 2014. I have sent them 3 emails and spoken to 2 of their consultants asking for a resolution and no one has gotten back to me. I have emailed them my documents as well but still no answer.
