Vehicle finance contract

I have purchased a Mercedez Benz in Sept 2013 from a dealer in Bryanston. Contract was signed accordingly with the F&I and all documents submitted to ABSA. When my first debit order goes through my bank account end of Oct 13, ABSA had decided to reduce the term of the contract hence a higher repayment. Upon query with ABSA (Sifiso), I was told that the contract he has in his possession states the terms as deducted by ABSA. The contract that I have signed and have a copy of, reflects a different term of repayment. I have requested that ABSA provide me the contract with my signature on that they insist has the correct term of repayment. Nothing forthcoming and I cannot get hold of Sifiso. I am sure that this is illegal and the banking Ombudsman would love to hear of this. I demand this matter be rectified immediately.
