Freezing my Account

On 8'th of August 2013, I was doing a transaction in FNB when they inform me that they freezed all my accounts beside the business account, because they suspect that that I altered my Quote Permit, I asked them to give me a chance to prove that my permit is true, and am an old customer since 2008 that is not my first permit, and to cheque by the home affairs that this permit is legal, but without any respond.
Next I went to the home affairs to ask them to give me a new permit sticker they said the sticker come from Pretoria, and I need to wait at least 40 working days till I get a new one.
keeping in mind that I waited more than 5 months to get the renewal one not 40 days, but any way
they suggest to Issue me a formal letter from their origin branch to indicate the the permit that I have is legal, original and not altered. they did issues a certified formal letter.
I went back to FNB bank with that letter from home affairs to unblock my account, but guess what they didn't accept the formal letter, and they incest that i must have a new sticker on my passport, I explain to them how long will it take and i can't survive without all my money in the account.but nothing till now
