Each of contract and inconvinience

This is my story continuing from the one that iv recently posted, didnt have enough space to capture my story to Libco, If they refuse to assist me I want them to refund me all my premiums as the terms and contiditions of this policy stated that they can assist me with legal advice and legal representation and this is a total brach of contract, Im sure that them being on the lagal field are aware that what they are doing is illegal, I mean this is such an inconvinience, why didnt they tell me in june that they cant assist me, I had to waste so much money calling Yonela who is never available, my case dragged for more than 5 months and I was actually thinking they are busy with my request, all this time Iv wasted waiting to be told that they cant assist me and I must pay for one of their lawyers to represent me, my question is what are they ever gona be able to assist me with, if they cant assist me with my family matters, they wont even assist me with work related issues as they are as I work for Absa and they will be telling me its conflict of interest, I have everything with Absa, my car, my house etc, so this is actually useless, I want to cancel this policy and they must refund all my money.
