POOR SERVICE no payout since approval 3 weeks ago

We have been promised our pay out for numerous weeks now. Our broker has worked tirelessly to no avail. Seems like one excuse and hiccup after another. Last straw was today when it almost was paid into some strange unknown account. Santam needs a huge wake up call!
