Banks Failiure to reinstate DR. Orders

I went to Absa Adderley street on the 24th October to reinstate the Debit Order on my Vehicle Financ Acc No. 83676693 and my Credit Card Acc No. 4550 2760 9426 7020 from my Savings Account 9074996773.

At the branch the teller let me call vehicle finance and they confirmed my arrears would come off the 26th and the balance on 1 November. Unfortunately this did not happen and I am now in major with my car being 3 months behind.

Also my credit card debit order did not come off the 28th as requested. I need ABSA to work with me to sort out the mess that they have now incurred and I AM NOT GOING TO PAY THE SHORTFALL due to their incompetent staff.

I need a solution and fast.
