Really not happy

My arrangement wasnt updated twice when i went in store and via call centre. and now my loan was supposed to be done if it was updated to higher arrangement amount. i am in financial turmoil and cant get another loan because African bank is stil reflecting. i hate their service and wont recommend then to anyone.
